We want you to love your VIEVE products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unused and gently used items. Our goal is to ensure your beauty routine is perfect, so we've made our exchange and refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
